About us

Our headquarters in Deurne is operated by an enthusiastic and experienced team of 19 people. It is also the location of our 4,500 square meter Distribution Center. Our sales office in Germany was established in 2006. Among our primary customers are larger European retailers in the Discount, Department Store, Supermarket, Cash & Carry, and Drugstore segments. Vleveka currently serves customers in approximately nine countries across Europe. The sourcing of our products is carried out through a carefully established network of factories and production facilities in Europe, Asia, and Central America.

In the policy of Vleveka B.V., our ambition is to provide the greatest possible added value to all our customers and thereby contribute to the achievement of their strategic goals, as a top priority. As a logistics service provider, Vleveka has built up extensive knowledge and a network of suppliers, with a strong focus on the “Product Compliance” of our products and the “Social Compliance” of our factories. Vleveka offers excellent value for money for all its items. Originally, Vleveka specializes in providing Private Label house brand items, where we conceptually select, purchase, import, and store items in close consultation with our customers in our DC in Deurne. In addition, Vleveka also carries a number of its own product lines under our brands TrendLINE, ClassicLINE, and OfficeLINE.

Vleveka is BSCI certified, and most of our production partners meet this mark of responsible entrepreneurship. Additionally, there is the possibility for a large number of paper and wood products to be supplied with an FSC® or PEFC® certification.

In order to adequately monitor and ensure the quality of its services in the future, Vleveka began a process in 2019 to obtain an ISO-9001:2015 certificate. In its policy statement, Vleveka focuses explicitly on continuous quality monitoring and improvement.

Vleveka is a member of the GS1 platform. Upon request from customers, our items are registered and published there.

Vleveka has an extensive Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) setup, allowing us to receive orders digitally, provide our deliveries with SSCC delivery notes and associated messages, and also invoice via EDI.
